Role Objective:
The accounts receivable follow-up team in a healthcare organization is responsible for looking after denied claims and reopening them to receive maximum reimbursement from the insurance companies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow up with the payer to check on claim status.
Identify denial reasons and work on resolution.
Save claims from getting written off by timely following up.
Should have sound knowledge of working on Billing scrubbers and making edits.
Work on Contractual adjustments & write off projects.
Should have good Cash collected/Resolution Rate.
should have calling skills, probing skills and denials understanding.

Working Days and Timings:
Timings are 6 PM to 3 AM.
No Planned leaves for next 6 months.
5 days Working and Fixed Saturday and Sunday off.

Qualifications:
Graduate and Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute (Except B.Pharma, M.Pharma, MCA, B.Tech / BE)
Good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Good communication Skills (both written & verbal)

Salary:
Annual CTC for Freshers – 0-7 months 2.30 LPA (Take Home – 15K approx) Medical Insurance, PF, ESI are deducted.
Annual CTC for Exp candidates – 8 – 29 months 2.80 – 3.0 LPA

Internet Facility provided
Drop facility to their location at 3AM

Location: Hyderabad
Office will be starting this month End, Candidates should be available in respective Locations.

WFH Requirement:
Candidates should be in Hyderabad at the time of interview and continue to stay post onboarding as well
Candidates staying in their hometown outside Hyderabad are not eligible
