ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handles all aspects of pre & post-sales administration of assigned clients.
Manage the transition process of existing and new clients and further create business benefit solutions for TEAM RUSTIC.
ADMINISTRATION
Produce communication pieces for clients and their clients.
Conduct meetings at client sites. Work with clients for benefit interpretation.
Assist Sales / Business Development personnel at presentations and meetings.
Introduce new services and programs to clients
Conduct quarterly client review meetings
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Working knowledge of event management service benefits for client.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Distinctive work experience with Microsoft Office incl. special skills on Power Point software applications.
Organized and neat.
Must be a Graduate.
Additional qualifications like post graduate diploma from event management institutes will be an added advantage.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Degree desired, Bachelor’s preferred.
Presentation experience in a live environment.
Able to handle short time lines and multi task at work.
Be willing to attend appointments outside of the office with some overnight travel.
Third Party Administrator experience is essential.

Salary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
