At aidbees we are building a platform that facilitates community building, sharing stories, donations, and volunteering. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual that strives to make a difference.Principal duties and responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage our marketing strategy
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Responsible for growth in followers and engagement
• Provide constructively feedback
• Communicate with target audiences and build and develop relationships with NGOs and Schools and corporates
• source advertising opportunities and place adverts as and when decided
• conduct market research, for example, using customer questionnaires and focus groups
• develop and implement a marketing strategy
• evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective

Requirements and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
• Understanding of SEM, PPC, SEO, Content Marketing, Email Promotions and web traffic metrics
• Familiarity with web design and publishing
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Great leadership skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• A degree or certification in digital marketing would be a plus
