Full Job Description
We are looking for an Executive – Recruitment & Admin who is having Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.

Responsibilities:
Writing and posting technical job descriptions
Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements
Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews
Performing pre-screening interviews for analyzing the abilities of candidates
Interviewing candidates using various techniques (e.g. technical assessments, behavioral and structured questions)
Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
Taking minutes and accurately entering details
Monitoring office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
Producing reports, presentations and briefs
Office maintenance

Qualifications / Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or related field
Good Communication & Presentation Skills
Prior experience with conducting various types of interviews (e.g. structured, phone, Skype)
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
