Analyst- Web & Social ResearchWeb Researcher/ Analyst/ Social Media AnalystKey Attributes

• Solid verbal and written communication skills in English (and other languages, as applicable).
• High tolerance in working under pressure, handling multiple tasks with strict deadlines while maintaining focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent Internet & Social channel research skills for defined tasks of Company research, persona identification. Well versed with latest tools and platforms for the same.
• Must posses good skills and experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Twitter, Facebook and other Social channels and Database management
• Be able to identify personas, decision makers, influence’s and gate keepers and reach out by gathering interest through email and social campaigns
• Be able to make the first outreach and build interest and engage for Lead generation by working alongside the BD team.
• Identify the right decision makers and contacts through web research on various search engines.
• Must have a fair knowledge of IT Dev. & SW Dev service industry offerings. Any additional knowledge of MS, SF,LF is good to have.
• Should be well knowledgeable and experienced in using the tools for web and social research
• Extract data from various portals like Yelp, Glassdoor, Bloomberg, ZoomInfo, Goodfirms, Clutch etc.
• Good knowledge of Geographies, should have fair knowledge of main buyers economies and as per our focus regions (Americas, EU, APAC, ANZ)
• Gather research and maintain data in CRM
• Research of required data in the provided agency sites (Ex. Email ID, C – Level Contacts, Employee Size, Contact name, email address, phone number, address, company Details )
• Extract data from various portals like Yelp, Glassdoor, Bloomberg, ZoomInfo etc.
• Web Researching techniques over Google and other search engines.
• Capturing the researched data on Excel sheet in required format
