Junior US Call Center Executive (Voice Process)
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Location: Any Location/Remote/Bangalore, India

Educational Qualification: +2/ Graduation (Not Compulsory)
Salary: 3 to 6 LPA
Work Timing: US Shift (6 pm to 3 am IST)
Notice Period: Immediate- 30 days

Must have 2 years of international Call Centre experience OR strong customer service experience

Your Role:
Appointment Liaison:
Responsible for successfully building out a pipeline of prospective candidates for real estate brokerage firms across North America. You will also be coordinating with each party to ensure appointments are set and are followed through upon. The position requires about 150 calls per day.
Please note this is NOT a sales job. There is no selling involved or commission pay.

Responsibilities

• Pleasant and confident phone manner
• Organized – strong time management skills
• Ability to follow a script and speak eloquently with clients
• Fluent in English

System requirements

• PC or Mac is fine (must have high quality audio capabilities)
• Strong and reliable Internet connections
• Access to a quiet work environment

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
