WHO IS AIR CHARTER SERVICE

To put it simply, we are the mediator between clients and operators. Our sales consultants manage the full travel/sales cycle, so all our clients have to do is fly! Our clients consist of high-net-worth individuals including film stars, musicians, models, and sports stars. Our private jets division has chartered helicopters and private jets for everything from meetings and business acquisitions to catwalk debuts and proposals. Everyday offers up new experiences, with internal progression and planned expansion creating vacancies for new talent to join our current sales team.

Job Description

LIFE AS AN ACS BROKER

As a trainee broker, you will start your career with a senior broker as your mentor who will work closely with you in your first 6 months as you learn on the job. During this time, you will go out on flight reps, seeing first-hand what goes into ensuring a private jet charter goes off with ease. You’ll learn everything from how to build a sales list to which planes can carry what and of course, how to administer a charter flight.

Qualifications

THE PERSON

Minimum 2 years Sales experience is required

Desire to immerse self into role and commit to the demands of the role

Strong sales and negotiating skills

Ability to work independently, but enjoys working with people inside and outside of ACS

Enjoys working to goals and objectives in a competitive environment

Resilience with the ability to bounce back after setbacks

Able to take a commercial outlook on all flights to ensure a win win for ACS and the client

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Strong numeracy skills
