Job Summary:
The Manager Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the recruitment strategy and execution for aviation ground handling operations in his/her Business Unit. This role focuses on attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent in areas such as ramp services, baggage handling, customer service, aircraft maintenance, and other airport support functions. The ideal candidate will drive workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment innovation to ensure a strong pipeline of skilled professionals in a fast-paced, operationally critical environment.
