Job Title: Call Center Agent

Location: Multiple Locations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Call Center Agent to join our Radiology Chain in multiple locations. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule appointments for radiology services based on patient needs and availability
• Provide patients with accurate and detailed information regarding their appointments, including preparation instructions, location details, and billing information
• Verify insurance eligibility and coverage for patients
• Collect payments and issue receipts for services rendered
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary instructions
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Radiology Chain

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or call center role preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, as needed
