Project Manager (Reporting and Customer Management) We (Airtel) are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in reporting and customer management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires proficiency in managing reporting projects, overseeing customer relationships, and ensuring project success through effective planning and execution.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
