Full Job Description
Preventive checks / routine maintenance of the Submarine cable system like analyzing the submersible plant performance and Quality factor performance of the DWDM optical Channels of the system
Network Alarm monitoring, timely notification and raising Trouble Ticket
Resolving TTs as per timelines.
Timely notification, impact list preparation
Preparing MOPs for all the planned activities
Provisioning of the circuits as per the Work Orders in stipulated time
Having the experience in handling the Submarine cable power feeding (PFE) system
Effective co-ordination with Suppliers for resolution of issues.
Effective co-ordination with Submarine NOCS, ITMC and Cable landing and Terminal Stations.
Escalations as per processes.
Ensure 100% process compliance to agreed SLA’s for Service Assurance and Service delivery.
Good Communication Skills.
