Full Job Description
Key responsibilities Areas:
Hiring & on boarding: Working closely with TA team and central on boarding team to hire and induct the sales team as per the plan. Keep enhancing the process to improve the overall productivity
Capability Building : Collaborate with business and the functional learning partner to understand and execute the learning requirements (behavioural and functional) for the sales team
E ngagement & Career pathing: Work closely with central team (business and HR) for engagement, career pathing, R&R and retention of top talent
Exit Management : Streamline the exit process and do analysis to identify key observations/trends
Maintain adherence to policies and processes
HRMS operational management
