- ERP (Oracle) work flow management.
- PV execution. Safety norms implementation
- Stock Review – MOQ, EOQ, On Hand Stock, On Order Stock, consumption trends, IUTs; Liquidation Plans & Actions; SRN; Aged Inventory control & Provisions reduction.
- Logistics Planning for Key large Order deliveries, keeping in view Tax implications.
- Transport Management
- Packaging (as per Packing standards)
- Movement and Delivery tracking.
- Transportation TAT management
- MIS
