Individual & Non Individual Onboarding, Life Cycle Management Closure.
Vendor Management (with expertise in Document Management) – Storage of Physical, Digital Documents – pursuant to guidelines laid by Regulator(s) (like RBI, UIDAI, IRDA etc.)
Periodic Onboarding Due Diligence – Such as Creation/ Management/ Closure of Settlement Accounts, Name Screening for non-Individuals entities and Individuals as Authorised Signatories & BO of these entities.
Identification of UBO/FATCA-CRS/ Shareholding Pattern, etc.
Performing due-diligence on new customer, screening, requesting, review the documents received & updating all the relevant information into the system.
Undertaking review of KYC documents for their Periodic review, Re-KYC.
Performing Customer update, modification basis instruction received from business.
Perform Enhanced Due-diligence on customers/partners identified to be High Risk, PEP, etc.
Manages the day-to-day BAU activities of an organization’s banking operations department.
Sharing MIS/Data as & when required as part of BAU activities & audit requirement.
