Key responsibilities Areas:
- Hiring & on boarding: Working closely with TA team and central on boarding team to hire and induct the sales team as per the plan. Keep enhancing the process to improve the overall productivity
- Capability Building : Collaborate with business and the functional learning partner to understand and execute the learning requirements (behavioural and functional) for the sales team
- E ngagement & Career pathing: Work closely with central team (business and HR) for engagement, career pathing, R&R and retention of top talent
- Exit Management : Streamline the exit process and do analysis to identify key observations/trends
- Maintain adherence to policies and processes
- HRMS operational management
