Key Responsibilities:-

• Ensuring compliances related to related party transactions in terms of ALP, Statutory and SEBI Reporting, Omnibus Approval etc.
• Work in Collaboration of business team, secretarial team and ACE team to ensure timely compliance and books closure.
• Ensure Board deliverables related to quarterly publishing of financial statements of the company.
• Establish timely review of Balance Sheet of related entities and segments to ensure CARO, RPT, SEBI and other statutory compliances
• Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.
• Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies.
• Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations
• Ensure month-end closing process by reviewing key movements on financial Segment / entity level as per the closing checklist.
• Responsible for preparation of DTR schedules / Balance sheet.
• Creating templates for actual reporting, Information submission and corporate reporting.
• Managing the Quarterly Statuary Audits, proactive measures to avoid Audit Issues, SUD / SAD and improve controls.
