Job Summary:* Well-versed with Corporate Laws and FEMA* Better if having experience in SEBI (LODR) Regulations, Direct Listing, De-listing, Takeovers, etc.* Well-versed with MCA E-Filling process and other secretarial functions covering Corporate Laws.* Company/LLP incorporation, Company Conversion, Merger & Demerger, NCLT works and deals with ROC offices.* Well-versed with recent Amendments* Drafting of Agreements, NOC, MOU, Applications, and Letters.* Addressing queries of clients and Departments* Filling of Various forms, etc.Experience:Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a Company SecretaryTiming:9:30a.m to 6:30p.mWorking Days:6 Days in a week (Monday to Saturday)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Company Secretary: 1 year (Preferred)
