Position – Senior Manager -Tender

Location -Kolkata, W.B

Review all tender related Documents, Preparing presentation, Risk Matrix, Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation. Attending pre-bid meeting and seeking clarification from clients. Co-ordination with internal departments for Tender preparation, Cost Sheet, BG etc.

Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization’s requirements

Responsible for budgeting/rate approval and planning and monitoring the team.

Responsible for setting the budget parameters and monitoring with action plan.

Preparation of various MIS’s and presenting the dashboard to management for decision making.

Review Budget MOM on a weekly basis with Management

Cost Control & Liaison with client & Government body, local administration & third party vendor’s management etc.

Cost Determination, Deviation Analysis, Cost Control Measures and Production Planning. variance analysis of every department

15+ years Experience Preferably for Coal, Power, Steel plant.
