• CSR Strategy: Contribute to the formulation and execution of the CSR strategy aligned with the organizations objectives and societal needs.
• Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and overseeing CSR projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, NGOs, government bodies, and local communities to identify opportunities and foster partnerships for impactful CSR initiatives.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and reporting standards; compile and maintain accurate records of CSR activities for reporting purposes.
• Impact Assessment: Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness and impact of CSR programs; recommend improvements based on findings.
• Communication and Awareness: Support in creating communication materials, including reports, presentations, and social media content to highlight CSR initiatives and their impact.
• Research and Development: Stay updated on CSR trends, best practices, and innovative approaches; provide insights for the enhancement of CSR strategies.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Sustainability, or related field. A masters degree is advantageous.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, community development, or related fields. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with CSR principles, sustainability frameworks, and relevant regulations. Understanding of project management concepts is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess impact and recommend improvements.
