Remote Work from Home (Monday-Friday) CALIFORNIA TIME – 8:30 am – 5.00 pm

COMPENSATION : Up to Rs 1,00,000 per month (Base RS 56,000 / Bonus Unlimited)

Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify & follow up with potential leads
• Educate potential customers about our current offers & USPs (Upselling)
• Collaboratively work with the admissions team to convert inbound leads into potential clients
• Monitor & maintain a pipeline of leads to drive new sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (voice & email) **Mandatory**
• Minimum 2 years of outbound calling, inside sales experience, or related sales calling experience
• Healthcare industry sales experience or US insurance member services experience preferred
• People-centric, highly service-oriented, a champion for change, and self-motivated with the ability to work well with minimal supervision
• Open to feedback and coaching
• 100% remote work supporting US Pacific Time
• High-speed broadband internet connection
• Good WFH environment with minimal sound or interruptions
• Dependable laptop/PC with industry required specifications
