Plan and implement overall call strategy.

Counselling team profile query response

Escalate any appropriate problems to senior management.

Maintain client record and share monthly report with management

Embassy coordination via email for filed visa

Work Experience :–

Experience in visa embassy or handling domestic or international client would be advantage

Experience of working in projects involving linkages with Government.

Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills

Quality Reporting and documentation

Experience in teams in a leadership role

Patience and politeness with elderly persons

Decision making

Relationship building

Fluency in English, Language of the state and Hindi
