Scope

Accounting of GRNs, expenses, freight bills, petty cash expenses etc.

Accounting of import bills and payments

Supplier payments

Supplier reconciliations

Handling Petty Cash

Main activities

Accounting of GRNs, expenses, freight bills, petty cash expenses etc. on daily basis

Accounting of import bills and payments on daily basis

Supplier payments on weekly basis

Periodically Supplier reconciliations

Handling Petty Cash on regular basis

Accountability including KPIs

Completion of accounting of all GRNs, expenses, for the month in MFG

Tracking supplier payment and ensure timely payment especially MSME payments

Periodical supplier reconciliations

Profile (Experience & qualifications)

Degree – B.Com, M.Com

Experience in the manufacturing company

Fluent in both written and oral English

Knowledge of MS Office – Excel, SAP
