You will be part of a central data enterprise team within the data technology pillar that aims at building the best data technology solutions for Nokia. You will work with other product owners to create the best-in-class advanced analytics platform with leading data science/machine learning/artificial intelligence capabilities to support the business in solving the most critical challenges.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

• Collaborate closely with engineers, business groups and further stakeholders to understand their needs and identify new opportunities to evolve the Advanced Analytics platform design and build new software applications.

• Experience of building solutions with latest front-end technologies (JavaScript libraries like React or Angular, CSS3, HTML5)

• Building server-side applications/ backend code using C# and/or Python on MS Azure Cloud

• Proven development experience on Azure Cloud and understanding of other cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS Cloud

• Managing the end-to-end life cycle for software and applications

• Hands on experience of API integrations, Single-Sign-on and token-based authentication

• Experience in integrating with SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, CosmosDB, MongoDB)

• Experience in managing small databases, and proficient in querying existing databases for technical and data analysis

• Good understanding of DevOps pipeline (Azure DevOps)

• Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Maintain documentation pertaining to software design and build

• Manage production support issues

• Apply agile and lean principles in design and implementation

  Your skills and experience

  You have:

• 5 years of work experience in full stack development (C#, HTML5, CSS, Angular, SQL Server)

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience

• Preferably Certified Cloud Developer (either Microsoft, IBM Cloud, AWS, Google)

• Ability to quickly prototype ideas / solutions, perform critical analysis, and use creative approaches for solving complex problems

• Work with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale

• Excellent communication skill – oral, written, presenting, creation of report outs etc.

• Solution seeker, diligent with detail orientation

• Positive approach

  It would be nice if you also had:

• 1-2+ years of experience in participating in data and analytics initiatives in a corporate environment or a growing, data-driven startup

• Understanding of advanced analytics, including data management, different types of machine learning approaches and machine learning pipelines

• Understanding of large language models (LLM) such as GPT-3, BERT etc. and other natural language processing tools to develop and enhance software applications that can understand and generate natural language.

• Master’s degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science or related disciplines
