What you will learn and contribute to

Are you passionate about solving problems? As part of our team, you will:

• Responsible for managing Private Wireless delivery.

• Performing end to end support (FCAPS) of eNodeB, small cell, Cloud RAN, CMM, APC, CMG

• Providing technical support to Region/Field Engineers for resolution of reported cases.

• Co-ordination & interaction with other teams for alignment and sync.

• Process adherence and handling of incidents on Incident Tool.

  Your skills and experience

  You have:

• Excellent multi-domain technical skills on Nokia RAN Product: Airscale/SRAN for eNodeB, small cells etc.. and Packet Core Cloud products like CMM, APC, CMG.

• Excellent communication skills: English (Verbal and Written).

• IP Certification.

  It would be nice if you also had:

• ITIL Certification.

• Awareness of NOC Processes & Mode of Operation.
