What you will learn and contribute to

Are you passionate about solving problems? As part of our team, you will:

• Be responsible for monitoring and handling of Service based KPIs through Netact or Service Managment Tool.

• Be responsible for analyze and resolve the incidents.

• Execute all activities with 100% FTR and with Zero Procedural Errors

• Escalate and Co-ordinate with right stakeholders i.e., Regional, Care, Internal teams etc.

• Work in Rotational Shifts.

  Your skills and experience

  You have:

• Excellent competence (Fault Management & Change Management) over Nokia Airscale products i.e., BSC/RNC/Base Stations.

• Excellent understanding of KPIs, Performance & Services (Voice & Data)

• Well versed with NOC Processes.

• Ability to work independently with little direct supervision and as a part of a team.

• Excellent Communications to communicate with Global Customers.

  It would be nice if you also had:

• Cloud Certification

• CCNA Certification
