What you will learn and contribute to
Roles & Responsibilities for Fixed Line IMS Core –
O&M and Optimisation of Core network including Cloud, SBC, TAS, CFX, SDM and Routers.
End-to-end knowledge and co-ordination of IMS Network ,SBC such as handling of call related issue of IMS at SBC level and co-ordination with Hub location for analysis at TAS/CFX.
Operations & Maintenance of Core IMS Network including troubleshooting, monitoring, tracing on interfaces such as Wireshark or internal system traces and logs
Hands on experience on SBC, TAS,CFX, Router, NT HLR.
Experience with Interfaces and Protocols such as SIP, DIAMETER, DNS, ISUP, MAP, INAP, CAMEL, etc.
Coordination with Planning/ Customer/Care/ Solutions etc.
Knowledge of Provisioning of PRI- Non Reg / REG PRI , ONT and Call flow for call routing.
Knowledge of Metasolv/Telemedia (for PRI provisioning), ICRM(for customer complaints & barring & Unbarring orders), BMC remedy (for TT raise), OSS application (profile entry for SIP subscribers).
Track, Plan & Implement Software Upgrade in network.
Understanding of Performance Management , Reports extraction from Nodes, NETACT & Mycom , Coordination with Mycom, Releasing Daily Dashboard, Monthly Reports etc.
Supporting in Customer Auditing , TRAI/DOT audits and internal audits related to Network Performance and O&M.
Releasing Plan for CM, Failover Scenarios, Coordination with internal Solution Team, Bharti Planning Team etc.
Support in implementation of new features in network.
Spare management if any.
Share regular reports/ Updates to Management/Customer
Customer Complaint Handling and first level Wireshark trace capturing and analysis.
Exposure to Call Flow and Protocol for Fixed Line IMS network .
Comfortable with Redundancy testing and disaster handling including hardware change management handling.
Escalation/Emergency Handling
Co-ordinating with GDC, Care, Planning and Customer, knowledge of raising trouble ticket process, emergency handling mechanism, regular updates to customers
Multi-vendor Core NW exposure and experience such as Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei IMS, etc.
Able to engage customers on technical front and contain escalations on ground level
Good interpersonal skills
Good Spoken and Written Skills and team player attributes
Willing to work in after-office hours as per need/emergency
Working knowledge of Linux & Unix

The expert should have experience in Core ( IMS and CS core ).
The expert should able to do DB planning for core
The expert should able to do KPI analysis based on traces.
