Co-ordination with Field, VF teams and VF COR team for spare availability in the field.
On line support to field team to help them handle critical field activities & faults.
Online support to field teams for unidirectional loss/ ISP fault clearance in the network.
DWDM network audit for critical parameters time to time or in the event of deviation observed.
Network Health audit with the help of TAC team & accordingly publish report.
Record keeping of RMA / HW / SW fault/critical network information etc.
Able audit, understand and clear alarms in the NW without disturbing working NW and services in DWDM NW.
Follow all Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines including ISMS (ISO27001 program)

Job Role: DWDML2 Expert / SME SNOC
Job Responsibilities:
Should be able to coordinate with other teams, customer Governance team on various issues.
should be able to take ownership of E2E project activities and able to discuss with various stake holders on various issues related to NW rollout, NW expansion, SW upgrade and able to resolve and close open points.
Should be able to represent team in various discussions/meetings with OEM/Internal fault reviews, pending cases review etc.
Should own all records of the DWDM CM handover, NW/service inventory, SW upgrade status, Weekly/Monthly reports etc.
Should have worked with some of these DWDM NW ie ZTE, Tellabs, Huawei, Nokia , Ciena NW in SNOC or Project team as FM/L2 role.
Able to Provide expert level support to ZTE, Tellabs, Huawei, Nokia and Ciena FM Team.
Should have worked some of NMSs ie NetNumen, TNMS, NCE, NFM-T, Blue Planet, U2000 systems.
Should be able to handle all HW, SW and Service fault in DWDM Network proactively and on escalation.
Rerouting of service in the event of Service outage due to multiple link down to minimise outage time.
Preparation of RFO/RCA for service /NW outages, preparation & implementation of SIP.
Should be willing to work in 24X7 shift environment.
Service & NW level Support for all planed SA / NSA activities in DWDM network.
Resolve DCN related issue in coordination with DCN and IP team.
Link commissioning / optimisation for critical degraded / problematic link.
Pre-post health check, planning, scheduling and executing NE SW upgrade as and when required in the night shift / PE window.
Fault escalation with VF team and Huawei TAC team & resolution of escalated fault.
HW fault & RMA management for Spares.
Qualification & Experience:
Candidate should have hands on experience on ZTE DWDM Nodes like ZXI8200,M 720, M920 and NMS NetNumen U31, Coriant 7100,7300, mTera/ Huawei 1600, 6800, 8800, U2000, Coriant mTera, 7100,7300,/ Ciena N65/Wave servers Nodes and ESM / NMS system.
Candidate should have at least 8-10 year working experience on ZTE /Huawei /Nokia/ Ciena DWDM equipment and should have worked at least 3 years as a SME.
Candidate should be willing to work in 24×7 shift if reqd & flexible to adjust shift during emergency.
He should have worked with any major telecom operator and should have good Understanding of large Telecom Transport network.
