Social Media Marketing Manager

We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Product, Marketing, and Sales departments.

Experience: (0-2 Years)

Your responsibilities include:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
• Create, manage and oversee social media content
• Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

Social Media Manager requirements and qualifications:

• Excellent written communication skills and storytelling to engage users
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• MBA in mass media and communications, marketing, or relevant field
• An eye for creative design and visual storytelling to create world-class videos, posters around technology products
