Preferably married, Past exp from IT company is MUST (preferably from Product Based IT ).

Recruitment & Selection:

• Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.
• Designing the Recruitment plan in accordance with Manpower requirement forecast.
• Collect required documents from the new hires and fix joining date of the candidate.
• Conducting past verification of employee from past employer (if needed)
• Maintain complete documentation for the recruitment, offer letter and joining formalities, Salary

Negotiations.

• Should know about Team Handling, Grooming & motivation… EMPLOYEE PSYCHOLOGY.

• Should be Target oriented and be comfortable in monthly target based recruitment job.

-Good know of latest company systems & policies (HR – ISO / CMMI)

• Should be on in HR or Recruiter position from a corporate background.
