We are a 2-year-old eCommerce startup looking for young leaders.

We are looking for someone who:

1. Can lead a team of 5 – 8 across different functions

2. Is a problem solver and independent decision-maker

3. Strives to create a positive culture in the organization

4. Is excellent at follow-ups.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling Day to Day Ecommerce Operations and Managing a team of 5 to 8 individuals

2. Become the Go-To guy for all business stoppage issues and out-of-the-box thinking to resolve them

3. Ability to inspire teams of varied backgrounds including warehouse teams, Marketing teams and cross-functional peers

4. Spearheading Business Operations with a focus on top line, profitability & restructuring business.

5. Analyzing sales data in existing channels and

6. Research new products in the market and Take part in product development to introduce products that align with the company philosophy

7. Create/Improve SOPs across different functions

8. Strategizing business growth and allocating marketing budgets.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
