In the Service Desk Support Analyst role you will act as a Trusted Advisor for Allstate and provide a world class service to Allstate employees, as part of a technical support team operating within a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Under minimal supervision and guidance, provide technology support by investigating and resolving issues reported by internal and external clients. Effectively demonstrate customer care principles in all interactions

Experience

Experience – 1 to 2 years

1+ year of experience in technical support preferred

Troubleshooting experience of Enterprise applications, Windows & MAC OS.

Experience in logical reasoning to identify root cause of hardware/software break fix.

Working and collaborating with different level of support

Experience in handling customer queries through Calls, Chat and Self-help incidents
