Further towards our expansion, we stepped into the field of Outsourced projects by 2019. Currently, after 02 years, we are proud to say that we own our client base expanded to several foreign countries, including the US & UK.

Now we are looking for a Young, Hardworking, and technically sound professional to become part of our new NON VOICE CHAT SUPPORT CAMPAIGN.

DESIGNATION

NON VOICE CHAT SUPPORT AGENT (REMOTE)

JOB TYPES

FULL-TIME, CONTRACT, FIXED PAY, WORK FROM HOME.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Should be ready to spend Min 4 – 5 hours daily.

• Must be ready to handle Multiple Social Media Accounts, Especially LinkedIn.

• Be a punctual and strict follower of daily & weekly routine reporting as required from time to time.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Must be a person interested in Chatting, in the English language.

• Proven experience as a Customer Support Agent is a plus, freshers are also welcome.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheet & Gmail is a must.

• Must be a good Organizer and Multitasking ability is a must.

• Must be a self-starter.

• Min 12th Qualification.
