We started with All in One Online services portal, Totails.com, which provides 100+ services at your droop step. Further towards our expansion, we stepped into the field of Outsourced project by 2019. Currently after 02 years, we are proud to say that we own our client base expanded to several foreign countries, including US & UK.

Now we are looking for Young, Hardworking and technically sound professional to become part of our new campaign.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Should be ready to spend Min 2 – 4 hours daily.

• Must be ready to handle Multiple Social Media Accounts, Specially LinkedIn.

• Must be punctual and strict follower of daily & weekly routine reporting as required from time to time.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Must be a person interested in Chatting, on English language.

• Proven experience as a Customer Support Agent is a plus, fresher’s are also welcome.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheet & Gmail is must.

• Must be a good Organizer and Multitasking ability is must.

• Must be a self-starter.

• Min 12th Qualification.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENT

· Good internet connectivity (Wired Broadband) is mandatory.

· Minimum 04 MBPS internet speed is mandatory.

· Minimum Dual Core 6th Gen.

· 4 GB Ram

· Latest MS office

OTHER INFO

· Agents are free to choose their own working hours.

· Training will be provided for creating Social Media Account as well as handling Multiple Social Media Accounts.

· Working days are from Monday to Saturday.

· Immediate joiners preferred.

· Probation period is 02 Months.

Expected Start Date: 10/2/2022
