We will work with DIRECT Client requirements, so must focus on quality of recruitment. * Must have excellent verbal and written English skills. * Adept in resourcing from LinkedIn, Dice, Monster etc. * Understand differences in various tax terms like W2, 1099, C2C etc. * Basic understanding on Immigration concepts like H1B, GC process etc. * Good to have: Candidate should have experience working with DIRECT CLIENT/s (high tech companies) without any layers
Working with BPO/KPO in voice process can apply
