What you will enjoy doing
Responsible to perform the incoming material inspection as per applicable sampling plan.
Responsible for updating the incoming log book and assigning AR. No.
Verification of COA for correctness.
Inspection of material as per approved Spec. and decision of inspection.
Affixing identification tag on incoming material.
Responsible for collection, identification, storage, retrieval and disposal of incoming material counter samples as per defined guidelines.
Responsible for identification of Non Confirming products
Rework monitoring, sampling, inspection, decision making and documentation of results.
Perform dimensional, functional testing as per applicable frequency, decision making and documentation of results.
Responsible for area line clearance effectiveness and decision making.
Perform visual, dimensional and functional tests on line clearance samples. Realtime documentation of the test results and on time decision communication
