You are in charge of defining, planning and executing the full set of Supply Chain processes for your site, including industrial planning, materials planning & logistic operations.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:                                                                         

• India cluster is now expanding business in service areas to deal with T&C of all Metro projects, DLP Period for all metro, Service duration of RRTS projects and upcoming Metro service opportunities.
• Supply Chain is going to be a critical and integral part of service organisation supporting all requirements and fulfilment of material needs for service business.
• This position will be working hand in hand with service business, sourcing and define ways of working, leading team and assisting various depots.
• Leader of service supply chain will define ways of material planning, assisting business with logistics arrangement and coaching and mentoring Warehouse teams at depot.
• Leader will define long term service support and planning of material across various projects to support faster / timely maintenance and keeping inventory at optimised level

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and roll-out the Service Supply Chain priorities for rolling 3 years-covering the Strategic, Tactical and Operational plans for the services  Business
• Implement an appropriate organisational structure to deliver the business plan
• Support the Sourcing Strategy to build total service solution, through the Supplier Development CFT.
• Develop Strong Service Supply Chain Leaders at Sites to manage the Projects efficiently (Planning, Execution and Delivery)
• Drive the following KPIs for Services Product Line  :
  • Planning : Site Unit on Time (UOT)  %, Hard Inventory (M€ and Coverage in Weeks)
  • Procurement : Supplier OTIF % and Missing Parts %
  • Logistics & Customer Service : Logistics Cost, Inventory Accuracy
• Ensure that personnel operate in an environment that complies with the organization EHS policies
• Strategy:
•    Adapt and Deploy Supply Chain strategy & footprint vs Regional Supply Chain & Local strategy

• Standards (Process, Methods & Tools):

• Deploy standards (process, methods & tools) & associated documentation
• Manage deployment roadmap through the Regions / Cluster

• Transversal Process & Tools:

• Identify site needs & define local requirements for Transversal Processes & Tools, contribute to Transversal Process /Tool Definition, improvement & validation 

• Human Resources:

• Deploy targeted organization
• Deploy people development roadmap including skills levels, training & qualification path
• Identify World Class Manufacturing experts
• Deploy robust supply chain culture at all levels

• Finance:

• Prepare & follow budget for his perimeter including function cost
• Define & deploy opportunities leveraging synergies & improvement initiatives

Performance & Design

• Reach & Animate performance KPIs, KPIs targets
• Ensure compliant on process review, audits
• Provide support to Sites vs Sites on supply chain stabilization or mobilization of emerging sites, new businesses
• Manage the S&OP and MPS (Manufacturing sites),
• Support the Projects to achieve QCD commitments and represent the supply chain in Site Management / project committee.
• Manage process and activities related Industrial Planning, Project Supply Chain, Material Planning and supplier’s delivery performance and Logistics in coordination with the related departments.

 MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Qualifications & Skills:

EDUCATION

Mandatory:

• Engg graduate or Post Graduate Degree holder in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Business management, or Associated discipline with Min 5 years of handling service operations
• English (negotiation level). Fluent in English
• Local Language

Desirable:

• Master’s in supply chain management

Experience

Mandatory:

• Experience of 10 to 15 years in industrial environment
• Experience of 10 years in Supply Chain
• ERP Management experience

Desirable:

• Knowledgeable of Profit & Loss and cost control of assets
• Valuable experience in companies of same sector/activity or related

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE 

• Should have handled all the Following functions viz. Planning, Procurement and Logistics in a Manufacturing set-up
• Should have exposure to setting up and running service supply chain set up including warehouses operations
• Should be familiar with depot Operations set-up and review rythym.

EXPERIENCE / SKILL SET

• Should have had atleast 10~15 years of proven experience preferably in a Multinational Company in various Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Industrial roles
• Should have worked in service supply chain for atleast 5 years.

• Language Skills: Proficient in English language
• IT Skills: Worked on atleast one ERP System in a service/ depot set-up, Should have had good exposure to a WMS system, Good exposure to MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong understanding of EHS culture and its importance to the organization.
