Job Overview This position requires you to review Eviction work orders completed by Preservation vendors and accordingly completes appropriate task in the system, create and mails Eviction Letters as per State/ Jurisdictional requirement. Roles & Responsibilities: The job responsibilities entail: * Review and approve or reject various Eviction and CFR related order forms completed by the vendor within a stipulated time * Review and approve or reject invoices submitted by the attorneys for eviction related activities within a stipulated time, * Update relevant systems of records daily to track the production of the reviewed files. * Review and update task in the system post reviewing Preservation vendor’s inspection * Create and mail Eviction and CFR letters as per State Requirement Skillset Requirement: * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficient in Excel * Proactive attitude, detail oriented and a team player Eligibility * Should be a Graduate in any discipline * Flexible to work in night shifts All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
