Job Description

Manages a portfolio of REO/Pre Foreclosure assets in order to preserve and maintain these properties for the most efficient value in the minimal time. To oversee the maintenance and repairs activities of all assets

Manages and oversees vendors/subcontractors performing preservation and inspection work on properties under supervision of Altisource.

Evaluates inspections performed for properties. Determines and recommends repairs to be performed for each property.

Evaluates bids for property preservation and repairs.

Follows up with vendors to ensure orders have been confirmed and completed. Cancels orders with vendors who do not respond, accept, or are delinquent in completing order requests

Establishes and maintains client relationships and seeks to grow, broaden, and enhance the customer relationship with Altisource.

Follow guidelines on property preservation to meet investor requirements

Ensure 100% efficiency and quality in all production queues

Perform Quality control on completed work items, provide input to creation of vendor scorecard to be utilized for future order assignments

Qualifications

Graduate in any stream (Essential)

Flexible to work in rotational/night shift (Essential)

Strong verbal and written communication skills (Essential)

Ability to work independently with high level of focus on detail(Essential)

Ability to maintain a high rate of accuracy and productivity, as well as the ability to multitask and function under deadlines in a fast past environment (Essential)

Overall 2 years of work experience (Fresher can apply if Good communication and interested in US Mortgage process)

Previous experience in Mortgage Services (Desired)

Proficiency with MS Office applications (Desired)
