· Desktop/ End User Support Specialists must be 2+ years of experience and problem-solving skills in an enterprise environment · Must have strong Desktop domain skill as following but not restricted to them only- 1. Administering, deployment and troubleshooting of client operating system Win 10 2. Advances level troubleshooting skills on Laptop and Desktop hardware issues 3. Basic understanding on Office 365 and its functionalities, Active Directory · Having strong interpersonal skills allows technical support specialists to communicate with customers and solve technical-related problems quickly and efficiently · Should have ability to independently manage tasks and projects; accomplish to meet the deadlines with minimum follow-ups · Candidate should be team player, willing to share knowledge. Should be open to rotational shift and weekends · Bachelor’s Degree. Microsoft certification is an advantage · 2+ year’s Desktop Administrating and management experience
