POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for handling admin related activities for all Portescap India Sites.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Facility management, repairs, maintenance & renovation related to infrastructure, office –furniture & equipment (CCTV, Vending Machines etc.)
2) Vendor management & negotiations viz. Security, Housekeeping, Courier, Stationery, Transport, Catering services etc.
3) Execute contracts (Annual / AMC) & agreements with the Vendors
4) Travel (Visa, Ticketing, Hotel, Car arrangement) & Guest management
5) Event Management viz. Annual Party, Picnic, Team dinner, Training programmes etc.
6) Preparation & Monitoring Administration budget & maintain / circulate various MIS
related to Admin activities
7) Create a strong employee grievance redressal system to resolve admin issues through
skip level meetings
8) Ensure 100% statutory compliance & liasoning under applicable labor / BMC / MIDC /
MPCB / SEZ laws etc.
9) Create a strong audit system to ensure compliance and develop an escalation
mechanism, adherence to ISO standards & related compliances & documentation
10) Hazardous Waste management & related compliances
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
1) Experience in handling multiple vendors & negotiations & contract execution
2) Experience in facility management & repairs / maintenance / renovation projects
3) Budgeting & Cost control
4) Knowledge of applicable laws related to labor / BMC / MIDC / MPCB / SEZ laws.
5) Liasoning with Statutory Authorities & procedures / documentation related to various
compliances
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Post-Graduation in HR / Masters in Personnel Management / Master’s in labor Welfare or
equivalent with 5-7 years’ experience in medium / large manufacturing organization.

External: Vendors, Travel Agencies, Legal Authorities for Compliance,
