PRIMARY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to interpret impacts of business requirements to multiple development environments and different vendor and technical platforms and to interact and coordinate with all project development teams. Primary resources to design, evaluate, and debug database and software environments at all levels of an enterprise platform to affect required changes. Plans, executes, and evaluates integration and acceptance testing, and production implementations Review/Design DB-level code to support monitoring and performance management. Contribute to standards and goals for monitoring and performance metrics. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Advises and Creates logic procedures, flowcharts, coding and tests/debugs of logic based on defined specifications and contextual to database and environment impacts. Develops database and environment contributions to systems solutions/applications to automate business processes and improve work efficiency. Revises and updates existing procedures and provides required documentation Routinely interacts with vendor second level support. Recommends changes in development, maintenance, and system standards. Perform code reviews.

· Actively incorporating proactive fault resolution and performance improvements into the environment · Demonstrated capability to act as a central touch point between vendor support resources and corporate resources
· Proactively examining environment and database architectures for fault avoidance opportunities · Demonstrated competency in Corporate Data Governance, Enterprise Applications architectures, Enterprise database architectures, Software environment monitoring/alerting toolsets data repository development toolsets, and data query and analysis tools, core database and environment maintenance procedures
· Provide mentoring and feedback to team members in general and specific areas to technology, capability, and effectiveness · Provide effective feedback, evaluation, and change to existing internal procedures, standard, toolsets
