Reporting to: HOD –Sales & Operation

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Maintain customer Database
• Follow up with customer and update on query
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Schedule agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.

Skills

• Very strong mail & phone Follow-up
• Polite and Good Communication Skills
• Minimum Typing Speed 45 wpm
• Excellent written communication skills
• Proficient in computer skills, especially email, Internet Surfing .spreadsheets, and presentation

Experience Level: 1-3 years in Mfg. Company, Automotive or SPM industry will be preferred.
