Job Title: Purchase Executive

Reporting to: Manager – Mfg & Assembly

Job Description & Responsibilities

Required Experience

· Arrange RFQ from supplier received against PRQ

· Prepare Comparative and Evaluation against received Quotation

· Preparation and Processing of Purchase orders as per Procurement guidelines.

· Release the PO to Supplier after approval.

· Material Follow-up of Mechanical and BOP within time Line

· Material Receipt and submit to Quality for Check-Up and QC Passed

· Preparation of Goods Receipt Note

· QC passed material handed over to Assembly Line

· Bills or Invoice checked and submit to Accounts for Payment.

· Follow up with Accounts payment within time period.

· Stock Reconciliation and update with Busy ERP.

· Vendor management and Price negotiation.

· New Supplier added to the existing with credit period facility.

· Re-work and Reject material follow up with supplier for PO closure.

Software Skill- Proficient in Busy/Tally Prime 9 ERP, MS-Office, Internet etc.

Experience Level: 2-6 years in Mfg. Company, Automotive or SPM industry with Busy ERP experience will be preferred.

Salary: 23000CTC to 25000 CTC

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹23,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
