The Role

• Service member requests based on the appointments received.
• Fulfill member request within given TAT and priority
• Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to manage fulfilment of member expectation.
• Facilitate value-added services based on request received from growth team to facilitate Sessions, Webinars, Health camps and Interactive sessions by Experts.
• Closely follow-up and co-ordinate with fulfilment centers for enhanced member experience.
• Responsible for enhancing customers’ experience and engagement with Alyve Health app.

Requirements

• Graduate with 2+ years experience in Healthcare Operations/TPA operations
• Exceptional customer centric and member first spirit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to translate theoretical knowledge into actionable advice in a lucid manner
• Keen desire to keep learning and growing
• Third Party Administrator Background (preferable)
• Health and wellness background (preferable)
