As part of Digital Transformation Services, the DIP Department is responsible for providing Master Data Management (MDM), Integration and Process Automation (RPA, BPM, Low Code Platform) solutions and related services to its Amadeus’ internal business partners in agreement with the Amadeus methodology & Guidelines.

This Process Automation engineer position is part of the RPA and Power Platform Center of Excellence.
The objective of the resource will be to:

• animate Power Platform/Automate community.
• Support the Power Platform governance and best practices
• Be an expert in the COE, coach and Support of Amadeus citizen users.
• Participate in Agile mode in some specific development together with the business.
• Implement POC, Pilot or template of important use case or new functionalities

The main responsibility will be the following one:

• Animate Power Platform/Automate community leveraging Yammer, MS teams …
• Improve Power Automate Power Platform Knowledge center used by the user community with new functionalities, best practices, tips and tricks
• Make evolve Power platform Governance and Best Practice process and documentation.
• Validate/control that implementation follow guidelines.
• Understand and comply with security related guidelines.
• coach and Support of Amadeus citizen users of implemented Power Automate/Apps processes.
• Troubleshoot and fix possible issues raised on the existing flows. Propose improvements in the data flow and/or in the support documentation if any.
• Design, develop, deploy, document and maintain process for POC, Pilot and template.
• Report (weekly and on-demand) to team and service manager the status (complete, estimated to complete and possible issues) in the assigned activities.

Technical / Functional:
Mandatory:

• 
  Strong knowledge in MS Power automate/Apps and SharePoint technology (with minimum 5+ Years of experience as a developer)
• Strong knowledge of MS Azure and Office365 framework
• Clear understanding of the OOP concepts
• Experience in software development, tooling, development support and operations in collaboration with several teams and sites
• Experience in UX (User experience) and UI development
• Experience in testing SOAP, REST, JSON services
• Experience working on Windows, GIT, Maven, Atlassian
• Experience working in Agile mode of development (Kanban, Scrum)

Optional:

• Experience in using Jenkins will be plus point
• Experience with UiPath will be considered.
• Knowledge of any scripting language (Python, groovy, JavaScript)
