POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for dynamic, self motivated Front Office professionals who want to move their careers forward. As a guest relations associate you are responsible to provide professional and guest focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to any questions and requests of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction
• Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones
• Expect and react promptly to guests requirements and inquires
• Actively listen and resolve guests complaints
• Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests (VIPs, )
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and colleague.
• Promote all amenities, conveniences and programs offered
• Ensure all standards and operating procedures are adhered to
• Examine activities logbook, follow assigned tasks appropriately.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Working experience in hospitality industry preferred. Fresher can also apply
• Familiarity and interest in industrys latest trends
• Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
• Education in hospitality management, business administration or related field
