Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in relevant subject

General Responsibilities and Duties:
You must
Be a female educator/administrator with at least 2 years of teaching/admin experience. Experience of working in a residential school will be an added advantage.
Have mastery in your relevant subject & areas of responsibility.
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of a child’s development and growth.
Exhibit a personality that demonstrate enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents and community.
Participate in curriculum and program development, and in the selection of material and equipment to support instruction.
Assess and diagnose the learning, social and emotional needs and styles of the students and plan & adjust the learning experiences accordingly.
Have creative and innovative tools, ideas and methods to enhance learning outcomes of the students.
