Join Amazon’s Recruiting Services organization and help make a difference for all Amazonians! Recruiting Services is recruiting for an Engagement Specialist role in Bengaluru, India location. In this role you will lead some of the key strategic projects, partnering with cross-functional teams and Amazon Talent Acquisition (TA) across all regions to aid in the design of how recruiting happens globally. This role will entail collaboration with TA to enhance the hiring process, influence cost per hire and change the way we operate our business over the next few years, with high visibility to the business. We are looking for someone with strong experience in Stakeholder management, program/project management and passion to drive process excellence. Driving and owning projects to improve employee and candidate experience will be of utmost importance in this role. You will get an opportunity to collaborate with the broader regional recruiting teams and global program teams to partner and standardize processes that ensure seamless recruiting experience to all our Customers.
Key job responsibilities
• Interfacing between Amazon Talent Acquisition (ATA) and Global Talent Solutions to drive large scale change management and inspect the health of services.
• Establish collaborative relationships with business PMs to drive service adoption, identify opportunities to reduce process redundancies and improve recruiter satisfaction.
• Problem-solving, strategic to real-time, acting as a Technical Lead for the service, complete dives and due diligence to effectively solve TA concerns.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Product (Tech), Change and ACES teams to identify and create solutions outlined through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to ease recruiting workflow and set delivery for success.
• Provide Business updates and contribute to build Monthly and Quarterly Business reviews.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience communicating to a diverse, global audience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing policies and supporting documentation
Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
