The vision of this team is to digitize brand owners and selling partners by providing a suite of product offerings across the business’ lifecycle. Our products enable SMBs to start, manage & grow their D2C business. Our end to end offerings from website builder to checkout product to order management system along with aided services will supercharge seller success as they thrive in today’s omni channel landscape.
The ideal candidate is expected to have significant marketing experience in working with cross-functional teams, creating strategy and delivering results in a high stakes environment. The candidate will think and act both strategically and tactically: from strategic planning to detailed execution. He /She will lead data-driven plans, bring thought leadership across marketing initiatives & execute them through the team. The candidate is also expected to work with senior cross-functional stakeholders and should have the ability to influence without authority. We are looking for a relentless, customer-obsessed, and business-minded marketer with a penchant for invention, operational excellence and delivering results.

• Lead the overall marketing strategy across traffic, awareness, acquisition & brand marketing for the category
• Lead strategy and execution across performance marketing, brand, growth, lifecycle marketing and community management.
• Work towards improving our understanding of the target audience through customer research, usability studies and data deep-dives
• Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of Seller acquisition initiatives to drive acquisition of new sellers.
• Develop the right brand strategy for overall Smart commerce offerings & establish through website, social, events & PR
• Closely collaborate with product team to influence the product roadmap through marketing insights
• BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
4-5+ years of professional core marketing experience
Experience in managing teams, working with senior leaders in internal/external teams
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in developing marketing charters including branding, PR, content, awareness in nascent programs/start ups

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
