Amazon Hiring for Marketing Manager, Marketing- Amazon Flex at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Full Time

At Amazon Flex, we are looking for a marketing manager who will be responsible for creating delivery capacities and build effective communication channels to engage with these delivery partners.

The marketing manager should be familiar with top-of-the-funnel and middle-of-the-funnel marketing techniques to generate leads effectively. They should be adept at communicating effectively with these delivery partners

Key job responsibilities

• Build & own a communication calendar
• Automate the communication calendar to touch base with DPs during across their life cycle
• Leverage Online lead generation techniques such as Paid Search, Social Media Marketing
• Effective funnel management to maximize the leads flowing to bottom-of-the funnel
• Own the brand. Improve the brand awareness through Influencer marketing
• Track brand health through metrics such as NPS
• Collaborate with WW stakeholders on communication, lead generation and brand performance

A day in the life

Typical day in the life of the marketing manager involves (a) working with Operations team to understand the capacity requirements across sites and help create capacity through lead generation (Online), (b) work with agencies on SEM and SMM, (c) work on website/SEO to drive traffic to Flex website, (d) work with program team on communication calendar, (e) work with 3P agencies to create influencer ads to build brand awareness.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
• Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
